You may request a return within 90 days of the delivery date.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received, including all tags and components.

3. Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@lioravyn.shop or call (256) 236-2431 with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Wait for our authorization and return instructions. Do not ship the item to the address on the original package.
  3. Ship the item using a trackable method and provide us with the tracking number.

Refund Policy

Once your return is received at our facility, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.

1. Inspection

After inspection, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

2. Processing Time

If approved, refunds are processed within 3–10 business days back to your original payment method.

3. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
